Rabu 9 September 2015, saluran televisi pemerintah Bashar Al Assad mengumumkan bahwa kelompok pejuang revolusi “Jabhah Nusra” berhasil menguasai pangkalan militer Abu Dzuhur di provinsi Idlib, Suriah.

Dalam siarannya sepanjang hari Rabu kemarin, pihak rezim Bashar Al Assad menyatakan bahwa pejuang Jabhah Nusra berhasil menguasai pangkalan militer dengan memanfaatkan badai pasir yang melanda Suriah dan negara-negara di kawasan Timur Tengah pada tanggal 8-10 September lalu.

Menurut keterangan seorang sumber militer Assad yang tidak mau disebutkan namanya mengatakan bahwa kelompok Jabhah Nusra berhasil memutus hubungan komunikasi antara tentara di lapangan dengan menara kontrol.

Disisi lain jaringan Observatorium Suriah untuk Hak Asasi Manusia menyambut baik jatuhnya pangkalan militer Abu Dzuhur ke tangan kelompok pejuang Suriah, dan memperkirakan pemboman yang dilakukan oleh rezim Assad di provinsi Idlib akan jauh berkurang. (Skynewsarab/Eramuslim)
